This shopping Mall is located in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State. The estimated project cost for the project’s additional gross building area of 3,800sqm, is USD 8M. Pro-M is providing Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing Engineering services and project management services on the project. Estimated completion date for the additional space is December 2019.

An 18,700sq-m ultra-modern shopping paradise located in the heart of Port Harcourt. Estimated to open in 2020. Pro-M is providing Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Engineering services. Projected cost estimate of the project is USD 28M.

Benin City Mall is a 12,500sq-m retail and shopping center, developed as a joint venture (P.P.P) project with Edo State Government, Chris Michaels Ltd, and Pro-M. Pro-M is providing development and project management services. In addition, we are also providing full Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Engineering services on the project. Estimated opening date of the project is March 2020. Estimated project cost is USD 20M.

A 90 room, 3½ Star hotel with the signature Protea/Marriot comfort and quality service. Includes a conference center, luxury pool and many other amenities typical of Marriot. Completed September 2017, under Pro-M’s Project management and supervision services.

Located in the heart of the capital city of Umuahia, this 12,000 sq - m mall features many national and international retailers and opened November 2016. Pro-M provided Development and Project Management services on the project. In addition, we also provided Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Engineering services on the project.

At 15,500sq-m GBA, this one of a kind Mall and the first of its kind in Anambra State commenced trading in April 2016. Pro-M provided project management services on the project. Total project cost is USD 25M.
